Amateur Radio

my wife Eda works in UEM. one day she went to UEMAlert training & get to know some Ham guys. after some time, i found myself reading some ham stuffs, and to cut long story short, i got my ASAA on 26th Feb this year.
my callsign is 9W2AZX, hence the blog's name. i have an icom 2200h mobile transceiver, assisted by a diamond MC101 antenna. before that, i was planning to get a Yaesu vx-7r handy transceiver, but after learning about the pro's & con's, i decided that a mobile rig is much better.
if you find a black Rexton bearing my callsign, plse do not hesitate to call me on V40 (145.500 MHz laa..). if there's no answer, it's either i'm monitoring other frequency or it's my wife driving.
what else...
